Hands-on assisted stretching session to unwind tightness in the body, with guided breathwork to create calm and rest in the nervous system.
It's a melty experience that feels like physical therapy, restorative yoga, and that stretch at the end of your workout.
Custom Stretch/Yoga Classes for Groups

Want a stretchy, relaxing experience for your clients or members? For yourself?
That's my sweet spot.
I teach a variety of stretch and yoga classes, for all levels. I also create custom programs to help individuals/groups begin or enhance their self-care practices.
My availability will appear in 3-hr time blocks; you will be able to start your gathering at any time within the block you select. No obligation until we've confirmed the start time, location, and $50 deposit.
